Covenant Wound Healing & Hyperbaric Medicine Center

Providing new hope for healing

When outpatients visit the Covenant Regional Wound Healing & Hyperbaric Medicine Center, they are cared for by a diverse staff of general, vascular and plastic surgeons, podiatrists, and highly trained nurses and technicians who treat each patient like family. We understand and sympathize with your pain and suffering, and make it our number one goal to restore your health and quality of life.

Since we opened in 2002, we have applied our specialized therapies and multidisciplinary approach to thousands of patients with various chronic wounds and other conditions. When treated with our specialized therapies, the vast majority of our patients have been healed within just 16 weeks.

Our 3,000-square-foot facility offers the latest state-of-the-art technologies for treating chronic wounds, promoting healing and fighting infection:

  • Our three hyperbaric oxygen chambers are comfortable, specially designed chambers in which patients breathe 100% oxygen. This increases the oxygen level in the bloodstream, which improves cell and tissue growth and helps the body eliminate poisons.
  • Wound debridement removes non-viable tissue and foreign debris, increasing the growth of healthy tissue.
  • Wound dressing products, from moist wound dressings to silver dressings, keep wounds clean and receptive to healing.
  • Artificial skin is used to cover and protect wounds during healing.
  • Participation in clinical studies promotes further technological advances in wound healing.
