Patients that are treated in outpatient or hospital environments may receive different surveys, and the volume of responses will vary by question.

Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the best score.

I have worked directly with Dr Bullock. He has been wonderful. He is the only Doctor that realized my foot was infected. I trust him.

Dr Bullock was able to tell me what has been wrong with my ankle after my family doctor wasn't sure. He got me on the road to recovery, quickly!

He said the ganglion cyst is usually not a problem and that my problem is peroneal tendonitis.  This is different than 3 other Covenant doctors have indicated to me.  He is the foot specialist so his diagnosis is trust-worthy.  I am glad for the advice on the exercises.  He also said for me to use a walking boot.  I found I cannot use the walking boot because it changes my gait and hurt my back (I have a bad back.) I wished I would have mentioned that to him at the time.  I wasn't completely satisfied with the visit but it was because every other staff member in his practice that I saw that day lacked professionalism. I was weary by the time he came into the room.  I did ask him to treat a plantar wart while I was there.  He removed tissue from it but said the medicine he prefers to use is not fda-approved and because he's a Covenant doctor, he can't use it.  He referred me to a different podiatrist for the medicine.  I can't go to this other podiatrist because I have Covenant insurance so I'm attempting to use over the counter stuff for it.  I really think a Covenant podiatrist should be able to take care of a plantar wart.

Dr. Bullock gave me no feed back as to what my condition my achlellies tendon is or was at the time of visit. Was told to do toe lifts /extensions for the next month and don't recommend therapy for my archellies surgery.  Could not believe no therapy. My friend had therapy for 4 months.

I was not impressed and will not be returning for further treatment. I have requested that my records and any notes be sent to me, however, my call was not returned. I will be calling again on Monday.
