CRTN Cancer Care Center
Covenant is extending cancer care in the Thumb region through the opening of the CRTN Cancer Care Center. The new CRTN Cancer Care Center will provide much-needed oncology services to the region and will be immediately available to patients living in Michigan's "Thumb.” CRTN Health, formerly known as the Covenant Regional Thumb Network, is a network of hospitals including Deckerville Community Hospital, Harbor Beach Community Hospital, Hills & Dales Healthcare, Marlette Regional Hospital, Scheurer Health, and Covenant HealthCare. As an extension of the Covenant Cancer Care Center, the new facility is a collaboration between the six independent hospitals, committed to making exceptional cancer care more accessible by delivering high-quality, oncology services in the Thumb region.
The CRTN Cancer Care Center is a beautiful, newly renovated 16,260 square-foot, one-stop facility serving cancer patients living in Michigan’s Thumb. Conveniently located in Marlette, the CRTN Cancer Care Center ensures patients don’t have to leave the Thumb area for medical oncology, chemotherapy infusion, and radiation oncology.

Should the need arise for more advanced procedures, patients will have access to advanced specialists and facilities in Saginaw through the highly coordinated relationship between Thumb area hospitals and Covenant HealthCare.
