Free breast screening mammograms are now available by appointment for those who qualify. Please call our Breast Health Nurse Navigators at 989.583.5154 or 989.583.5263 if you meet these requirements:
- Age 40 or over
- Uninsured
- Have not had a mammogram in the past 12 months
- Eligibility based on household income
