Tim E. Eckstein, DO, MPH, FAOCOPM
Dr. Eckstein currently serves as the Medical Director of Covenant HealthCare, Occupational Health and Wellness. Prior to joining the staff of Covenant he worked in the field of occupational medicine for over 20 years.
Dr. Eckstein is a graduate of Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed his residency at Parkview Hospital in Toledo, Ohio, in 1980. Dr. Eckstein completed a Faculty Development Fellowship in Medical Ethics from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1997. In 1999, Dr. Eckstein completed a Clinician Educator Fellowship in Occupational Medicine from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He also holds a Master of Public Health from the Medical College of Wisconsin.
Dr. Eckstein is double boarded in Family Practice and Occupational Medicine. He has earned credentials from the American Association of Medical Review Officers and the American Academy of Disability Evaluating Physicians and is a certified FAA Medical Examiner. Dr. Eckstein was elected president of the American Osteopathic College of Occupational and Preventative Medicine in 2009. He also serves as assistant clinical professor at the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dana Fontaine, DO
Dr. Fontaine is the primary physician at the Covenant Occupational Health Services in Midland, MI. Dr. Fontaine is originally from the Great Lakes Bay Region and currently resides in Midland with her husband and children. She has trained and worked in Midland, Bay City and the Saginaw area for 23 years. She has worked in family medicine, urgent care and occupational medicine during this time.
Dr. Fontaine attended Central Michigan University and graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Nutrition. She attended Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and received her degree in Osteopathic Medicine in 1987. She completed a residency in Family Medicine at MidMichigan Medical Center in 1991 and is board certified in Family Medicine. Dr. Fontaine is currently pursuing Occupational Medicine board certification.
Aimin Zhang, MD
Dr. Zhang oversees the Saginaw, MI, clinic as its main physician. He specializes in occupational medicine as well as preventative occupational medicine and is board certified in occupational medicine. He currently lives in Ann Arbor with his wife and his two children. Dr. Zhang also works closely with two mid-level practitioners in Saginaw and occasionally works in the Bay City and Midland clinics.
