How Benefits by Design Works
Once a year, Benefits by Design offers full- and part-time employees the opportunity to design a personal benefit package. Benefits by Design helps you make the most of your employee benefit plans by giving you choices regarding the benefits you want and need. You can choose coverage as an individual or for you and your eligible family members.

Within the Benefits by Design program, each employee also receives certain "core" benefits, which are provided at no cost to full- and part-time employees. These core benefits include Short Term Disability and Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance.
Changing Your Benefit Package
Benefits can be changed annually during open enrollment or within 30 days of a qualifying event.
