Agility testing is a specialized test based on physical requirements of your job to determine agility, as well as ability to perform the necessary tasks. It is required by certain employers for job placement.
If any part of the testing is not successfully passed, the applicant will be given the opportunity to retest. The test simulates any number of job-related activities such as climbing, lifting, flexibility, etc. The results are used in combination with any other job screening procedures that are set up by the employer such as drug screening and a pre-placement physical.
