Donor Recognition

Covenant HealthCare Foundation is appreciative of the financial support it receives from its employees, the business community, physicians and community members.  All of our donors have helped to provide the necessary monies to help make our care more extraordinary. Our donated funds have allowed us to buy equipment, fund programs, build buildings and renovate existing buildings, to name a few.

As a way of saying thank you, Covenant Foundation has established donor recognition programs. These programs honor our donors and keep them informed about the many initiatives of the Foundation.

Covenant HealthCare Foundation Annual Giving Programs

Second Century
Second Century recognizes annual gifts totaling $250 and above. The club is named in recognition of the inception of Covenant HealthCare acknowledging a new beginning, and a promise, honoring a rich heritage. Membership in Second Century demonstrates a genuine commitment to Covenant HealthCare.

An annual gift of $250 to $499 will result in an invitation to the December Holiday Second Century event.  The next event is scheduled for December 3, 2020  (CANCELLED) at the Saginaw Country Club.

An annual gift of $500 or more will include an invitation to both the May and December Donor Recognition events. The highlight of the May event is the introduction and recognition of the Foundation's High School Scholarship and the Nursing Scholarship recipients. The next event is scheduled for May 6, 2020 (CANCELLED) at the Zehnder's of Frankenmuth.

Major Donor
Major Donor recognition is for individuals, businesses, corporations and foundations who have donated an excess of $1,000 a year. Covenant HealthCare provides an annual luncheon in appreciation for our philanthropic donors.  This years event is scheduled for October 22, 2020 (CANCELLED) at Horizons Conference Center.
