Virtual Office Visits

In order to protect our community and prevent the spread of infection, Covenant HealthCare has implemented virtual office visits with the majority of Covenant Medical Group primary and specialty care providers.

Virtual office visits allow patients to maintain regular appointments with Covenant Medical Group providers without having to physically go into an office. Virtual visit types include routine visits, sick visits, post-op visits and can offer additional screening opportunities.

To schedule a Virtual Urgent Care visit: Call 989.583.3135

To schedule a virtual visit with your healthcare provider: Contact your provider to see if they are offering virtual visits and ask to schedule an appointment.

To access and prepare for your scheduled virtual visit: Virtual visits are accessed through your MyChart account. You can access a virtual visit through the Epic MyChart app on your smartphone or tablet or through your MyChart account on a laptop or desktop computer with a web camera.

Virtual office visits should not be used for any life-threatening symptoms. If you are having a medical emergency, call 911.

For medical emergencies, dial 911. Patients who have been admitted to Covenant may also set up access to MyChart to view their Covenant medical records.
