Covenant Medical Group Expands Primary Care Access with New Location in Essexville

Covenant HealthCare is proud to announce the opening of a new Covenant Medical Group (CMG) Primary Care location in Essexville, located at 829 N. Pine Road—marking our first CMG Primary Care site in the Essexville community.

This expansion reflects the continued commitment of Covenant HealthCare to improving access to extraordinary care across the Great Lakes Bay Region. By establishing a presence in Essexville, just outside of Bay City, patient-centered primary care is now even closer for the individuals and families who live and work in these growing areas.

The Essexville practice opened on November 25, 2025, and offers convenient appointment availability along with seamless connection to the full Covenant HealthCare continuum of care. Many local residents will recognize the newly opened primary care clinic as the former OB/GYN practice of Dr. Stephanie Ash.
