Patients that are treated in outpatient or hospital environments may receive different surveys, and the volume of responses will vary by question.

Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the best score.

I know the diagnosis was neck mass but I am sure not what the doctor was thinking, asked if I would like an ultrasound but did not say if it was serious. Questions in your head when you get home.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Ginther and his staff.  They are kind, friendly and professional.

Dr. Ginther has become very jaded and cynical in general about health care, insurance companies, etc. He can't be bothered to even pretend like he cares about me. I feel as though I tell him what I need versus a shared discussion about my health. It's so bad that the specialists I see question me about what he is actually doing for me.

These are hard questions to answer because I had more than one issue to discuss. I was satisfied with my visit other than one issue. I was not included in the decision of my care for that issue. The clinic is going through too much transition with Dr. Amelon's departure and Kristin Bearden, PA-C's maternity leave. The staff is not handling patients in a friendly, professional manner.

Dr Ginther is the best physician I have ever encountered. He sits down and has a two way conversation with me. I come in with questions and he answers them in ways I can understand and follow through with. He explains what it is he wants me to do and explains why.

Usually Dr. Ginther is very attentive to what your symptoms are and is generally caring and kind. This has been over many years. This appointment he seemed aloof, didn't really care about my level of pain, when I told him I had had diarrhea with blood then just bloody tissue after eating a bowl of blueberries the day before, his answer was, \"well that's not supposed to happen is it\". Then he never addressed the problem. I see Dr. Larkin in October, and I'll talk to her about this problem. I've never been blown off by Dr. Ginther like this before, and was shocked and disappointed. He did finally set up a time for a steroid injection in my left hip bursa and is sending me to a pain specialist group in Bay City for my overall sacroiliac pain, so I'm grateful for that. He just was really off for this visit. The office staff said he was leaving for vacation the next day, and my appt. was on a Monday, so maybe he was just anxious to start enjoying that.
