I did not like Dr. Cote's "bedside" manner. He is gruff and was rushing me. He didn't even examine the sacrailiac joint that hurts so bad, connected to the bad left hip I was there to see him about. I don't want him to do any surgery on me. He hasn't done enough Anterior Procedure Surgeries for me to feel comfortable with him. Dr Kerns did a wonderful job on my right hip, then he left the practice. I may go to Beaumont to have anything done to my left hip when it's ready for surgery.

doctor was in and out in less than 5 minutes, started trying to leave before I could even ask any questions, brushed off my concerns about my 3 year old not leaving a brace on, didn't discuss whether brace or cast were the better option. seemed very impersonal and uncaring. didn't even take off her ace bandage to examine her arm even though I told him she had taken off the urgent care splint herself multiple times and I was concerned she may have done further damage.

I felt as if the Docter was disinterested. He did find the suspected problem but could not offer any further explanation until after th results of an MRI. However, after finding a potential tear in my bicep and telling me not touse my arm for anything, he told me I could go back to work. I am a maintenance man and nothing I do can be done one handed. Especially without using my dominant arm which is the one injured. So, unforyunately I am doing more than what my limitations specify.

very unprofessional. very hurtful when he was more into my weight instead of my knee injury. didn't take the time to explain my knee tear and put my injury on my weight. went into a lecture about weight. I know my weight and been a full figure woman most my life. I came for help about my knee, not my weight. NEVER had problems with my knees or arthritis like he claimed. talking like this in front of his assistants/ nurses. I never felt so embarrassed and hurt in my life. Physicians are to heal and provide good healthcare as well as great personal experience. I will never go to him again, and make sure to let others not to be a referral to him as well.

It's Obama care at it best. I do not like this clinic, wish I was asked from the primany clinic where I wanted to be seen I would of asked for the Gratiot Rd & would of given them the name. Sadly referral dep never informed me of this visit. I was told someone would be in contact, well in Mid Jan my husband was at the primary office to get the DISK, I asked him to check on the Ortho appt. well they were clueless at 1st, then they came to the car with the paperwork referral. It was stuffed in someone's desk.

never provided any type of exercises I was to do prior to surgery.  Very fast appointment.  Doctor seemed more interested in speed and money than spending time with me.  Couldn't answer simple questions with a simple answer.  Q:  What is your infection rate?   A: Low Q:  How many knee replacements have you done?  A:  I don't know

I was more disappointed in the PA that treated me as the Dr appeared surprised my pins had been pulled already in Dec as his comment was "Oh! Your pins are out?" And in Dec I complained of. having symptoms similar to a blood clot. The PA didn't seem too concern and a blood clot was scheduled following day. The front desk upon checking out confirmed "No Stat!" Yet when I had The DVT Ultrasound it showed I have extensive blood clots and was put on a blood thinner immediately for first time in my life.

I don't like that I am not seen by the surgeon again until the 6 week check.  The Nurse Practitioner does the rounds and I saw her for 5 min.  Very nice person but it was evident that she was very busy and was anxious to move on to her next patient.  Also it took hours fro her to issue the discharge orders
