    Not only did I wait 90 minutes, he clearly had no idea what I was in the room for. The 90 minute wait paired with around 2 minutes of discussion was the worst experience I have had at covenant Healthcare whom I have exclusively used my entire life. Never have I felt like someone was wholly unprepared for a visit and or cared little about my current situation

    Appointment time was late then the nurse had me prepped and the doctor didn't show for 20 minutes. He did explain some of the pictures I could see so that was a good thing. After my procedure the doctor didn't even come back in and talk to me so the nurse did.

    All urologists are pressed for time, but it required much more explanation that the bladder issues were MS related than should be needed.
