    I have been and always will recommend this doctor to anyone who is looking for any type of plastic/reconstructive surgery! I have nothing but admiration for his work ethic, his kindness, and his willingness to listen. He has no ego which is rare to find in a surgeon! He is simply amazing! Cannot recommend or compliment him enough (highest of high compliments!)

    I am forever grateful for Dr. Malliaras and his exceptional work. I came into the emergency room with a severe dog bite to my face, and he treated me with such skill and care that today neither I nor the people around me can even notice the injury. Thank you, Dr. Malliaras, for your incredible work and compassion.

    Dr Malarias changed a lip birth defect that couldn't be changed by other doctors for most of my life It had need 20 yrs since my last surgery and I believe I met the right doctor at the right time. When I look in the mirror I can't believe it's gone. 70 some years of living with it and it's goneLove you Doctor
