    Dr. Clement was very polite, explained everything clearly, included me in the care decision, directed me and set up an appoint with a related service.

    I don't recall the discussion including risks or down side to use of CPAP. That said, discussion of any treatment was speculative as diagnosis by sleep study is required before moving forward.

    Dr Clement was excellent- we reviewed old test results and came up with a new plan of care- he REALLY WANTS patients to be informed and have the opportunity to be involved with their own care!

    Dr Clement was personable, listened to our concerns on pulmonary issues, and explained how the addition of O2 to his NIV machine would benefit levels as he sleeps. This whole process moved very rapidly to make this addition of O2 possible. The O2 machine
