    I really like Dr. Borders Robinson. She explained my condition better than I was understanding and she's setting me up with lower back mri which should have been done earlier, I think.

    Dr Borders explained things to me about meds with my headaches and my cardiac issues that educated me. I recently became a cardiac patient so I was unaware of the Initrex issue she explained to me. I really appreciate that.

    Dr. Robinson is very attentive and patient-centric. She took the time to do an incredibly thorough examination reviewing my medical history in detail and performing comprehensive testing. She listened to every detail without rushing me and tailored the treatment to meet my specific need which made me feel heard and valued. I felt she truly cares about my quality of life.

    Dr. B-R immediately apologized for the wait as she explained see went to the wrong exam room and saw a different patient first. I understood this and said it was ok. I'm glad she gave me an apology and explained the delay. I would have been dissatisfied with the service had she not said anything. All was forgiven and understandable.

    Dr. Borders-Robinson was very friendly, asked questions and was concerned and attentive regarding answers to her questions. She laid out a plan as to how to proceed with treatment. I was pleased with her professionalism.

    Excellent appointment. Dr. B-R was thorough, direct, interested in my health history and input regarding my medical issues & the degree of difficulty I've had with everyday life skills. She explained things at an appropriate level for a somewhat well read person with no formal medical education.

    I'm really impressed with doctor. Not all providers actually listen and then actually try to help. Most seem to explain away issues or are dismissive. I appreciate her so much.
