    Dr. Hernandez is very busy but you would never know it. He takes time to listen to your explanations of symptoms , concerns and questions. He is able to clearly provide a plan of care and answer all questions. He puts you at ease by being knowledgeable and confident and kind even if he may tell you something you don't want to hear but need to hear in order to obtain the best outcomes.

    He was kind, confident and put me at ease at the very beginning. He explained that he wasn't sure If he and I were thinking the same reason for my visit. He allowed me to explain thoughts and then he explained his. He explained in a way that made since to me. He answered all my questions in a way that I would understand. After leaving the office I felt confident he was going to do his best to help me.

    It was clear that the clinic was busy and it was a "numbers game," that day - or at least at that time. The doctor, however, explained his findings and recommendations for treatment and included me in the decision making process of how to proceed. I felt valued, informed and provided with the best resolution to my problem.
