    Dr always is very thorough and asks what other questions I have for him. Open discussion is welcomed. I always feel he explains things well and has concern for my health. He has shown over time he will come up with a treatment plan just for me and my health.

    The doctor showed some of the best bedside manner that we have ever seen. Dr. Neurkeyhani explained the cancer in an easy to understand manner and listened to everything we had to say. He didn't break eye contact when we were having a conversation. He didn't try to look or read the computer when asking me questions about my health. He was absolutely fantastic and made us feel comfortable, seen, heard, and human!

    Doctor was one of the nicest, most attentive doctors I think I have ever seen. Spent all the time needed to explain everything to me, asked me if I had questions and wrote everything down so I could see and hear what was being presented. Made me feel like he really cared about me. He didn't make me feel rushed or that he had somewhere else to be. So impressed to see him schedule a follow up appointment with me himself and give me the time to make decisions about my care. So impressed. It's nice to have a doctor who makes you feel like a person and recognizes how scary and difficult it is to process a cancer diagnosis as well as have to make SO many choices you don't want to make. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

    Dr Nourkeyhani deserves to be employee of the month. He is so kind and truly caring. I have recommended him so many times. Covenant has to do anything to keep him. He is a blessing to Covenant and his patients!!

    Dr. Nor is excellent! He is kind, caring and explains everything in a very easily understood manner. He makes sure your questions are answered and does not rush out! I would give more than 5 stars to this Doctor if survey allowed. He should be a nominee for physician of the year.

    He was amazing! I was a bit unclear on some things discussed but after talking with him I understood everything better. He gave a kind of peace that my condion was going in the right direction and he explained what was seen during my colonoscopy with an illustration on a white board it made it so clear and I really understood what they saw. He explained the next steps to me and I left understanding more about how this may or may not go! Thanks Dr.

    Since being diagnosed with cancer I have had to make Covenant cancer center my second home. As much as it sucked going through cemo, radiation and giving blood all the time every single person I came across made me feel special and cared for! I will forever be great full for Dr Bays, Dr Nourkeyhani and Dr Fugosi they made facing cancer less scary and I feel they truly care about every single person they come in contact with! I thank you Covenant from the bottom of my heart for being the amazing, caring, compressionet place for all who have had or will have to face something scary!
