    Dr. Castillo always take time to go over your history, and tells you the good and the bad that she is seeing over the last visit that was in her office. She gives me advise on new medical treatments that she is seeing for minorities and diabetes

    As always, Dr. Castillo is top notch. I have had exposure to many PCP's but Dr. Castillo is in the elite. We are very lucky to have her in this area and on staff at Covenant.

    Overall visit with nurse and doctor was very good. I really loved the care & compassion shown to me by both. Dr. Castillo made me feel very comfortable by telling me she wanted to get to know me and my family to better understand what we needed that day and any visit in the future.

    I absolutely love Dr. Castillo. She has been my PCP since I was a child. She has never once dismissed me and always takes the time to listen to me and come up with a plan. I have some rare health issues. She always knows exactly what I'm talking about. She is very up to date with current medical research and is always willing to send me for tests without any issues. She has personally messaged and called me late at night to update me on results I was worried about. Even on weekends. I've never had to wait to get an appointment. I've always been scheduled within 24 hours of calling them. Even if she works me in. She never pressures me to do anything I'm not comfortable with. She explains things very well and actually cares about me and my family. She speaks to me like a best friend and really does care to know things about myself and my life. I'm so thankful to have her as my doctor. She works hard and loves her job and patients. And it shows. She will go above and beyond no matter what.

    Was scheduled for a same day appointment and really felt the doctor was overbooked. That's the longest wait time I've had and felt like doctor's time with me was very rushed. I had another concern and felt like it was brushed off as she was running out to the next patient. Dr. Castillo is a wonderful doctor and has helped me immensely throughout the years. I just feel like maybe they need to stop booking so many patients back to back that way each patient feels like they are being heard.

    I will definitely recommend to other family members and friends that Dr. Castillo has a new Dr with her accepting new patients. I, unfortunately, have had many many medical issues, treatments and surgeries yet, I've never had a Dr listen with concern nor my opinions as she has. Case in point, I recently had a hip replacement. I had two Drs and other medical personnel state it's my lumbar refusing me an xray. I spoke with Dr Castillo, had an xray a half hour later that shown my hip was severely broken.
