SPORTS PHYSICALS AT FASTCARE
For Student Athletes, Ages 11-18
Did you know that Covenant FastCare, inside of Meijer on Tittabawassee, can perform sports physicals? With little to no wait our friendly staff will be happy to provide this service. The cost is just $30, this is not billed to insurance. Fall sports are quickly approaching and this is a convenient and cost effective solution to get that physical done fast by trusted Covenant medical professionals.
Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm and Saturday and Sunday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
