Covenant Kids Week

For the past ten years, the Covenant Kids Telethon has showcased the extraordinary care Covenant provides for children in our region and across Michigan. In this 11th year, we introduce Covenant Kids Week on WNEM TV5. WNEM TV5 will introduce viewers to past patients and their families, donors, physicians, nurses, sponsors and employees who support pediatric medical care in our community. From 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm Tuesday, April 20 and Thursday, April 22, volunteers will answer phone banks as viewers call in their pledges to support the pediatric efforts at Covenant HealthCare. You can make your pledge during that time by calling 1.855.475.KIDS (5437).  There is also online donation available any time throughout the week at: https://www.covenanthealthcare.com/ch/covenant-kids-donation

Please consider making a donation to support the extraordinary care provided for Covenant Kids in the Great Lakes Bay Region.

About Covenant Kids

Covenant Kids is a fund managed by Covenant HealthCare Foundation. Monies in this fund are dedicated to enhancing the care for all Covenant kids, which includes any Covenant patient under the age of 18 and their families. Since 2010, Covenant Kids has raised more than $1 million to support pediatric needs of the Great Lakes Bay Region and beyond.

Covenant HealthCare is the regional leader in providing extraordinary health care services to children:

  • ACS Verified Pediatric Trauma Center, one of only seven in Michigan verified to care for the whole family in an emergency.
  • Level III Regional Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (RNICU) offering the highest level of critical care for infants.
  • Regional Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) serving mid-Michigan and the northern lower Michigan region for critically ill infants and children through the age of 17.
  • Community-based urgent care through MedExpress. Extensive clinical programs for children (autism, diabetes, rehabilitation, cardiology, and more).

Covenant Kids receives money through on-going philanthropic activities organized by hospital employees, community organizations, and individuals.

Every penny of every dollar donated to the Covenant Kids Fund with Covenant HealthCare Foundation stays local and goes directly to support medical programs and equipment for kids.
