MyChart
Because your health is important to you around the clock, not just during office hours, many Covenant Medical Group practices offer MyChart, a free 24-7 Internet connection that lets you take care of the routine health care needs of you and family members online, anytime, anywhere.
MyChart lets you receive most of your lab, hospital and physician reports on your computer, and safely and privately email message your medical providers. It gives you an online file of your medical information that you can choose to share with other doctors, whether you are local or out-of-state.
Use MyChart to:
- Make an appointment
- Send non-urgent medical messages to your physician
- View test results
- Renew prescriptions
