    I had a lot of questions and the doctor answered them all very professionally and patiently which I appreciated. I had seen another doctor at this practice a long time ago who was dismissive of my pain and offered no helpful course of care so I was nervou

    Dr Osborne was pleasant but I would've liked to have a diagram drawn to show me my issue and if he spoke slower. I felt kinda rushed

    Thorough, knowledgeable, straight forward. Gave me options for care. Told me straight out that I need a hip replacement. Didn't try to talk about other options that would not work. I felt like I got the info I needed to make decisions. Visit was fast

    My son is 1 and had a minor fracture to his leg. Dr. Osborne was really sympathetic to the fact that casting an infant is impractical and I felt that he completely understood my concerns.
