Objective: |
To provide dress code
standards to ensure that staff appearance is appropriate and professional for
the type of work performed while upholding the image of the organization. |
Scope: |
This policy applies to all
Covenant HealthCare employees and volunteers. |
Policy: |
Dress standards are defined
to ensure health and safety standards are met and staff appearance is
appropriate. Certain departments or services may require uniforms or other
specific dress and personal grooming regulations. If so, they have been
developed to meet applicable health codes and bona fide occupational
requirements that must be observed. Violations of either general standards or
department’s regulations may be cause for corrective action. |
