    I prefer to be actively involved in directing my own care because I'm the one who knows my body and medical history best. During my visit, I felt that this provider was not comfortable with that approach. Her body language and facial expressions suggested frustration when I asked questions or clarified my preferences.I also lean toward more holistic options when appropriate, and I did not feel she was supportive or knowledgeable in that area. Some of her explanations contradicted each other, which made me feel less confident in her guidance overall.Because of these factors, I don't feel we're a good fit, and I plan to schedule future appointments with a different provider who respects collaborative care and is open to holistic approaches.

    Previous to this appointment I had a question about a medication that my chart said I had to contact the office It said I could not order it through my chart. The first call I made I got a man in the Philippines. He could not understand anything I was saying I was so mad at this call I wanted to leave my Covenant practice. I thought if you outsource much more of covenant employees and get people in other countries that cannot speak fluent English I will not want to stay in a Covenant practice. Unbelievable when you hire someone to represent Covenant and they cannot speak English you had better think again.

    Kristen Breaden PA. Is a great provider, she does a great Job taking care of my health. She listens to you which is the most important part. I hope to see Kristen be the provider of the month for Covenant healthcare one day!!

    Kristin is nice, but she commented on a possession toenail fungus, that was misdiagnosed by her, and I had to advocate for myself at the podiatrist she referred me to, to get the proper medication that may have been too late to administer!

    She didn't listen to a single word I said, nor did she care. It seemed like she couldn't wait to get out of the room. She provided no resolution to my immediate problems either. She also didn't inform me that to wait to get into physical therapy might be 3 weeks and that I would be in excruciating pain that whole time

    She saw my list of questions and went through them with me. They were simple questions. For example I asked about vitamins and symptoms I was experiencing after my gallbladder operation. She was able to satisfactorily answer those questions in a matter of minutes. When I heard I could only ask three questions at a physical, I was ready to find a new provider who cared. Kristen changed my mind by showing she cared.

    Kristin is a good listener, and makes you feel comfortable opening up to her. She explained my options of treatment, told me which she thought was best, and we came to decision options depending on insurance acceptance. We will go forward after that decision comes through.

    She order a HIV and Hepatitis blood work which I have never had to do with DR Ginther. She did not introduce herself to me. She was very rude and I felt bullied the whole time I was with her. She treated me like I was 80 years old. She never said anything when she walked out of the room. I will change my appointment for next year to the doctor. I will never see her again.
