    If the doctor thinks I should have a procedure done, he's the doctor. He can and did ask my opinion but I felt I made the decision more so than him. I would rather he suggest or strongly suggest something and then ask me what I wanted to do.

    I am a retired RN and don't ask many questions. My pcp is aware of this, so a lot of details are not required or desired. If I do have questions it is generally about a newer medication that I am not familiar.
