Core Benefits
Within the Benefits by Design program, each employee also receives certain "core" benefits, which are provided at no cost to full and part-time employees and without having to use any "flex" dollars. Changing Your Benefit Package
Benefits can be changed annually during open enrollment or within 30 days of a qualifying event.
