Visiting Nurse Association, as part of a comprehensive health care system (Covenant HealthCare System), exists to provide quality home health and related services to Central Northeastern Michigan residents, regardless of a person’s age, sex, race, creed, sexual preference, disability, national origin, and financial status.

The Visiting Nurse Association vision is to provide superior home care services for patients in our community. Through leadership and the effective use of resources, we promote patient health and independence by offering a full scope of home-based programs.

The goal of the VNA is to return you to health and independence as quickly as possible, which is why we work closely with your physician to develop a treatment plan. It’s also why we put a team our experts in your corner every step of the way. Depending on your physician’s recommendations, you will work one on one with the best registered nurses, therapists, aides, social workers, counselors and dieticians in the region. You’ll soon discover why their specialized training, experience and knowledge set us apart from other health care agencies in the area. You’ll also interact with our friendly administrative experts, who will coordinate your program, manage insurance paperwork and assist with questions about billing.

Methods of Payment
Most Covenant VNA services are certified for reimbursement through Medicare and Medicaid. Covenant VNA participates with most commercial insurers and HMOs, and accepts private payments.
Services are provided regardless of age, race, sexual preference, religion, national origin or ability to pay. Financial assistance is available to qualified uninsured and underinsured patients.
