General Rehabilitation

Covenant HealthCare offers complete rehabilitative therapy services, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy services, throughout the continuum of care in our two acute-care hospitals, a transitional care unit (skilled care), an inpatient rehabilitation program and five outpatient clinics. Our program offers expert clinicians in orthopedics, neurology, women's health, cancer care, manual therapy, industrial medicine, hand therapy and pediatrics.

In each of our service locations, patients receive a thorough evaluation along with an individualized plan of care that is in coordination with physician's diagnoses. This plan is specially tailored to the needs of each patient to promote the healing process and return to prior level of function and daily activities.
