Chad Ringley, MD, FACS, Medical Director
Fellowship Trained / Board Certified

Dr. Ringley earned his medical degree from Indiana University's School of Medicine and his undergraduate degree from Manchester College. He completed his general surgery residency with Saginaw Cooperative Hospitals (now CMU-College of Medicine) and is fellowship trained in advanced minimally invasive and robotic surgery from the University of Nebraska's Medical Center. He routinely performs bariatric surgery and is a member of the Society of American Gastrointestinal Endoscopic Surgeons, the Christian Medical and Dental Society, and the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.

Eyad M. Wohaibi, MD
Board Certified

Dr. Eyad M. Wohaibi earned his medical degree from King Saud University College of Medicine in Saudi Arabia. He completed his general surgery residency at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA and is fellowship trained in minimally invasive surgery at Albany Medical College in Albany, NY. Dr. Wohaibi is a member of the American College of Surgeons, The Association for Surgical Education, and The Societiy of American Gastrointestinal Endoscopic Surgeons. He is experienced in both bariatric and general surgery.

Charlene Weber, LPN

Charlene's background is in Family Medicine working in primary care physicians' offices since 1976. She has been working with the Bariatric Program and for Dr. Ringley's nurse the past five years. Charlene is here to answer questions and support the patients with all of their needs including scheduling surgery, testing, and following their medical concerns along the way.

Sandra Johnson, RN, BSN, CBN

Sandy received her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from the University of Michigan - Flint. She is a Certified Bariatric Nurse and has several years of experience working with the bariatric patient population. She finds great joy in her job as she assists patients through their weight loss journey.

Rebecca Srebinski, RD, LDN, CDE

Rebecca is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator with over 19 years experience. She graduated cum laude from Central Michigan University in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan and completed her dietetic internship at Hurley Medical Center in Flint, Michigan. Key in her teaching is the belief that achieving a balanced lifestyle is essential to optimal health.

Marcia Weiss, Medical Assistant

Marcia has been working in the medical field for more than 15 years, many of them as a Medical Transcriptionist. She has an Associate's Degree from Great Lakes Junior College. Marcia has recently joined the clinical side of the practice as a Medical Assistant to Dr. Eyad Wohaibi. She is here to assist patients, answer questions, schedule testing, help with surgery, and help and support patients along their way to achieve successful weight loss.
